Cancellation policy

Subscription Cancellation Policy

Certain TryGloe products may be available as part of a subscription plan. This policy outlines how subscription billing, changes, and cancellations work.

How Subscriptions Work

By purchasing a subscription product, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method based on your selected delivery frequency (e.g., every 30, 45, or 60 days). Your payment method is securely stored and automatically charged at the start of each billing cycle.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.

Managing or Canceling Your Subscription

You can pause, skip, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time.

Simply click the Manage Subscription link in your order confirmation or subscription emails.

Or contact us at hello@trygloe.com for assistance.

Please make any changes at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for your upcoming order.

Billing & Renewals

Subscription renewals are processed automatically based on the schedule you selected.

Once a renewal is processed, the order is final and cannot be refunded.

Canceling your subscription prevents future charges and shipments but does not affect any orders that have already been processed.

Subscription Discounts

Any discounts or promotions tied to a subscription apply only while the subscription is active. If a subscription is canceled before the first order is fulfilled, the full product price may be charged.

Promotional Offers & Subscription Transitions

If you subscribe during a promotional event—such as a Buy 1 Get 1 Free or Buy 2 Get 2 Free sale—your initial order will reflect the promotional offer. After the first order, your subscription will automatically transition to the standard number of units based on the original purchase quantity:

Buy 1 Get 1 Free: Future subscription orders will include 1 unit at the standard subscription price.

Buy 2 Get 2 Free: Future subscription orders will include 2 units at the applicable subscription price.

This transition ensures continued delivery based on your original intent while aligning with our standard subscription pricing. You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time.

Failed Billing Attempts

If a subscription payment fails, we may retry the payment method on file at a later date. If the payment is successfully processed, the subscription will resume automatically. No further payment attempts will be made after the subscription has been canceled.
